5. Generated Content

  • Sound effects generated through the App may be used for personal and commercial purposes.
  • These sound effects are created through automated processing using third-party AI services.
  • We do not claim ownership of the sound effects you generate and do not store your input prompts or generated content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated sounds complies with applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
